CORNER CONFIGURATION
90° Corner

Composite Z corners are generally installed with the last “Z” sheet to be driven. e.g. The corner is hand threaded into the “Z” shape prior to setting the last “Z” shape in a wall prior to making a 90? turn or return wall. After setting this final shape combined with the 90? corner, the corner and the “Z” are driven simultaneously.

Caps

All permanent sheet pile walls need to be capped when installation is complete. Although this can be done with wood or concrete caps, we normally recommend the use of a pultruded channel cap. This piece is 8" x 2 3/16" x 1/4" and is customized to fit the sheeting profile. A drawing for this is shown below.
