CORNER CONFIGURATION
90° Corner
Composite Z corners are generally installed with the
last “Z” sheet to be driven. e.g. The corner is hand threaded
into the “Z” shape prior to setting the last “Z”
shape in a wall prior to making a 90? turn or return wall. After setting
this final shape combined with the 90? corner, the corner and the
“Z” are driven simultaneously. |
Caps
All permanent sheet pile walls need to be capped when
installation is complete. Although this can be done with wood or concrete
caps, we normally recommend the use of a pultruded channel cap. This
piece is 8" x 2 3/16" x 1/4" and is customized to fit
the sheeting profile. A drawing for this is shown below.
